      - This is the first SPICE Kernel Dataset Release for VEX. It includes
        the operational kernels available by the end of science operations.
        The latest kernel is from the 9th of December 2014.

      - It includes type 19 SPKs.

      - This Kernel Dataset Release (SKD) is a milestone for the VEX
        SPICE Kernel Dataset for it supports obtaining a subset of the
        SKD with Bit via Bitbucket. The SKD subset can also be
        obtained from a permanent link to a zipped file.

      - The Cosmographia configuration files are now also available in the
        SKD.
